Danielle heads up Victors & Spoils. She’s been with the agency since 2014, leading both client services and strategy before taking on the reins as Managing Director. Throughout her career, Danielle has loved to take on juicy challenges. She’s helped global brands, domestic brands, start-ups and not-for-profits navigate and solve their toughest problems. Much of her agency life was spent at Ogilvy & Mather in NYC, LA and Chicago before joining the V&S team in Boulder. She’s worked on a range of clients, including IBM, Lenovo, Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte Consulting, Campbell’s, PepsiCo and Outward Bound, to name a few.
She now leads the V&S team in developing work for clients that people will share, love, hate, hate to love and write about. It’s all about making work that matters, or not making it at all. Founded in 2009, V&S revolutionized the industry by being the first agency with crowdsourcing at its core. And as any good agency does, it’s evolved. Today V&S shows clients how “crowdsourcing” is more than getting creative ideas from the masses. It’s an invaluable tool for the agency and clients to truly understand people. From insights, to inspiration, to creation and validation – the Crowd is at the center of all of the work that V&S creates. Because we know that if you ignore the world when you make advertising, the world will ignore the advertising that you make.
