Franke has been with Anomaly for nine years, the first five at Anomaly New York holding various leadership positions across Account Management, New Business and Intellectual Property.
In 2012, he made the big move from his hometown of Brooklyn, New York to Toronto in order to build Anomaly in Canada; the specific goal being to offer ambitious clients and supreme talent a different type of agency solution, one built around values and culture with thought leadership as the driving force (not size, scale or revenue).
In the five years since opening, Anomaly Canada has grown from a six person upstart to an incredible talent pool of just over 100 full-time employees working with a growing roster of some of the most exciting and most iconic brands in the world like Budweiser, Bud Light, Converse, Hershey’s, Jolly Rancher, Kobo, Nike, Reese, San Pellegrino, Spotify, Twizzlers, UFC and World Gaming. They’ve won over 40 National and International awards and have been named one of the Top Agencies of the Year in Canada every year since opening.
In January 2017, Franke moved back to NYC to assume leadership responsibilities as the CEO of both the New York and Toronto offices of Anomaly.
When not working on knotty business problems for his clients, Franke is hanging out with his lovely wife and three beautiful children… usually playing Barbies or My Little Pony while watching Paw Patrol.
