Paul re-joined BBDO Worldwide to lead the global Johnson & Johnson consumer business at the end of 2014 from Singapore where he had previously been Chief Executive of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore & Malaysia.
Prior to that post Paul had been Chief Executive of BBDO Guerrero and Proximity Philippines in Manila. During his tenure the Agency was named Philippines Creative Agency of the Year four times, was ranked as the top Agency in Asia Pacific according to industry annual ‘The Work’, was named as one of the top 4 Agencies in South East Asia by MEDIA Magazine two years in a row, 4As Philippines Agency of the Year three years in a row and the most awarded Digital Agency in the country also three years in a row.
Over the course of his career, Paul has also held positions with agencies in Indonesia, Malaysia, and South Africa working closely with organizations including Diageo, Toyota, Procter & Gamble, Kraft and Pepsico. Paul started his career as a graduate trainee with Saatchi & Saatchi in London.
Paul resides in New York with his wife and two daughters, is a supporter of Special Olympics and has learned to love New York City Football Club.
