A number of agencies have begun launching consulting practices – some in response to the management consulting firms, others in an effort to create a profitable new revenue stream.

Both are good reasons. However, while the rationale may the sound, the execution often isn’t. Many often end up failing.

In this workshop, we’ll systematically break down how move through the build and launch of a consulting unit within your agency. Ultimately, the goal is to use this practice to:

  • Be the entry point for new business,

  • Generate more revenue

  • Have that revenue be more profitable

  • Transform the influence of your agency with all clients

Not only will be break down the steps, we’ll show you how to do this without requiring a massive change in resources.

This is an ideal session for senior agency teams as you work together on building this new revenue generating offering for the agency.
