Adrienne Lofton has served as SVP of Global Brand Management at Under Armour since 2014, where she is responsible for developing and leading global brand strategy. Lofton works cross-functionally with all sports categories and global regions, serving as the brand’s compass, ensuring authenticity and strategic differentiation in all aspects of the business. Lofton is also charged with leading Under Armour’s philanthropic efforts and connecting with the communities we serve around the world.
Prior to her role at Under Armour, Lofton served as Chief Marketing Officer at the Global Dockers brand at Levi Strauss & Co. Before her role at Global Dockers brand, Lofton spent 4 years at Under Armour as the Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing where she was responsible for driving strategic category marketing direction, positioning and seasonal go-to-market planning for multiple categories including: Men’s, Women’s, Youth and Accessories Business Units. Prior thereto, Lofton spent 2 years at Target Corporation as a Marketing Manager where she over-saw the Multi-Cultural business, cross-category market campaigns, and played an influential role in the Iconic Red & White Branding initiatives.
Lofton was born in Cleveland Ohio and raised in Houston TX. She earned her B.A. from Howard University with a concentration in Marketing. Lofton was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a Division I Scholarship athlete and Captain of the Howard University Women’s Volleyball Team.
