Melissa leads the US arm of R3 (www.rthree.com), a global marketing consultancy that helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketers and their agencies. R3 enables its clients to gain competitive advantage and a better return on investment from agencies, media, and their overall marketing spend. With over 100 people in the US, Asia, EMEA, and LATAM, R3 works with nine of the world’s top twenty marketers including Samsung, Unilever, Mastercard, Mercedes Benz, Coca-Cola, AB InBev, Johnson & Johnson, among others.
Prior to joining R3, Melissa was President and CEO of Blitz Media, an award-winning, cross-channel media agency that served clients on a local, national, and international basis. Previously, she led marketing and business development at both Arnold Worldwide and MullenLowe. Melissa began her marketing career serving blue-chip clients at Scali, McCabe, Sloves Direct and Grey Entertainment & Media. A licensed attorney who practiced in the entertainment, sports, and intellectual property fields, she brings a unique and pragmatic perspective to any engagement.
Melissa is a recognized marketing and business leader, has been quoted extensively in business publications, and has won numerous awards including The Commonwealth Institute’s Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts award.
Melissa is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston College Law School.
