We get it – you’re involved in new business. Stuff happens… like pitches. So if you need to make a change to your registration, here are your options:
We do allow substitutions up until one week prior to the conference when notified in writing. If that doesn’t work for you, you may be eligible for some other options. Should you have to cancel your registration, we are one of the only conferences happy to provide you with a credit towards a future event, such as an Advanced Webinar or Guided Group Training (less 15% processing fee, valid through December 31, 2018). Note that no credits are issued after the conference has taken place and credits cannot be used towards our CEO Summit.
We do not provide refunds – even in the rare event that the conference is postponed due to events beyond our control (such as a freak 26″ snow storm or a power outage of the entire Northeastern grid). Should this occur, a new date will quickly be secured. Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
Any requests should be made in writing. Please send us an email and include the date you registered and your request for a substitution, cancellation or credit. Thank you.
By virtue of being selected to speak at our conference, our speakers play a leading role in their company’s activities. As a result, we occasionally lose a speaker or two as they get pulled into a last minute new business opportunity. Although this is rare, we do secure another speaker of the same caliber to replace them. If a speaker cancellation should happen with little or no notice, however, we may not be able to replace them. Also, note that in an effort to coordinate so many challenging schedules, we may occasionally need to change the day and/or time of the sessions within our agenda.
Group Discount (2+)
We are pleased to offer a group rate discount when two (2) or more people from the same agency brand register at the same time. Note to qualify, everyone must register at the same time, register for the same pass level and be employed by the same agency brand. Sister agencies within a holding/parent company are not eligible to combine their registrations to receive the group rate discount. The 2018 group discount is $100 off per ticket.
Discount codes can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be used retroactively on already purchased registrations. Discount codes are not stackable (IE only one can be used per registration).
Registration can be paid by major credit card or by check (Note, check option is only available to group passes). All checks must be received within 10 business days to confirm your registration. If you are registering within 10 business days of the conference, all checks must be received by no later than Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Checks will not be accepted after this date.
Note that by registering for this event, we may occasionally provide you with email updates on other topics that are similar and relevant in nature.
For the period through (12) twelve months following this conference, your agency agrees not to directly or indirectly play any role in the recruiting or solicitation of any Mirren employee or contractor to terminate their existing employment or contract relationship with Mirren.
